There is all kinds of rumors flying around that race sleds are not legal for cross country snowmobile racing this season, that is NOT true!!
Cor PowerSports always has and always will, as long as manufacturers are building them, allow race sleds!
As an ISR affiliate series we have a core group of classes we have to offer and we will have Factory 600 classes for each skill level; Sport, Semi Pro, & Pro but the premier classes for Cor PowerSports will be Stock & Open which will allow race sleds.
We are posting this as we have received numerous emails and phone calls asking about this subject so I'm hoping this helps clear up the confusion.
Out of the 3 cross country snowmobile race series in the US only one approved switching their premier classes to the Factory 600 format and it was not Cor PowerSports.
Please contact me or email me at Todd@corpowersports.com with any questions!
