I have a Suzuki dr200se with about 12000 miles on it. it started backfiring and not running real well at all. In the low end it would sputter backfire and want to die until it was revved up then it seemed to be ok. I took the carb off to clean it but could not find where one last vacuum line went in the only one on the right side of the carb. I did notice that with my finger covering the vacuum lien it starts to back fire and run crappy again I started it any way and it backfired once then runs fine, just seems to idle high but its my first bike and it does not have a tach and i know it is supposed to idle at 1400 rpm so it could just be me thinking its too high, since I'm ust to cars. The other thing i noticed is that after about 5 minutes of idling the exhaust pipe right at the engine starts to glow... that does not seem right to me... what could be the cause of this and anyone know where that vacuum lien is supposed to go? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.motorcycleforum.com/9-motocross-dual-sports/99926-suzuki-dr-200se-issues.htmlbrand videos
