I have run across a hand full of Used but in Excellent condition computer games that I sent in to Amazon to sell... most of these have sold just fine with no problems... Now I had one of these returned recently with the claim that ... "Upon further review of the customer return reason, I see that the customer had mentioned that the code was already used and hence they were not able to use it again." This does not seem to fly... as anyone can see with a simple search of item... B0018KM6GM I currently see over 30 sellers of this item as "Used" on Amazon.. If the manufacture had limited this particular game to only 'new' sales, then how is it that other sellers are able to list this item in the "used" state? Can anyone selling used computer games give any input on this for me? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
